MOQ & Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per color per design. This applies to both OEM (your design) and ODM (our design) orders. We offer this low MOQ to help you test new styles before committing to larger quantities.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce your own designs to your exact specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you select from our existing designs or co-develop new styles with our design team, and we produce them under your brand.
Do you have ready stock available?
Yes, we maintain approximately 100,000 pieces of ready stock across many styles and colors. Ready stock items can ship within 3–7 days. Contact us for current stock availability.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sampling. Sample production takes 7–10 business days, and sample costs are typically 2–3x the bulk unit price. Sample fees are refundable against bulk orders above a certain quantity.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on several factors: garment type, fabric choice, pleat complexity, order quantity, and customization level (labels, packaging, etc.). Send us your specs and we'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
What currency do you quote in?
We typically quote in USD. We can also quote in EUR or CNY upon request.
What are your payment terms?
We typically require a 30–50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and other methods by mutual agreement.
Are quotes valid for a limited time?
Yes, quotes are valid for 15 business days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed via proforma invoice.
Production
Production & Quality
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production takes approximately 25-35 business days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Exact timing depends on order quantity, complexity, and current production load.
How do you handle quality control?
We have a strict 5-step QC process: (1) Incoming material inspection, (2) In-process QC, (3) Finished product inspection, (4) AQL 2.5 random sampling, (5) Pre-shipment inspection. Every piece is checked before packing.
What happens if I receive defective goods?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue — through replacement, credit, or re-production as appropriate.
Can I visit the factory or do a virtual tour?
Yes! We welcome factory visits and offer live virtual tours via video call. Contact us to schedule.
Customization
Customization & Design
What pleating techniques can you do?
We master 30+ pleating techniques including knife, box, accordion, sunray, mushroom, crystal, brick, leaf pleats, and various combination techniques. We can also develop custom pleat patterns.
What fabric options are available?
We work primarily with polyester and polyester-blend fabrics. Options include matte, shiny, textured, recycled, and printed fabrics. We can source specific fabrics per your requirements.
Can you do private labeling?
Yes. We offer full private label service including your woven labels, care labels, hang tags, and custom packaging. Your brand name on every piece.
Can you print my custom design on the fabric?
Yes. We offer digital printing for custom patterns, gradients, and high-resolution artwork. Your design is reproduced with vivid, wash-fast color across the pleated fabric.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my designs?
Yes. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to protect your designs and business information. Your intellectual property is always respected.
Shipping
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods do you offer?
We typically ship FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou port by sea. For urgent orders, air freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is available. We also handle door-to-door delivery upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight typically takes 15–35 days depending on destination. Air freight takes 3–7 days. We'll confirm estimated delivery time with your quote.
Who handles customs clearance?
For FOB terms, the buyer handles import customs clearance and duties at destination. We provide all necessary shipping documentation.
Care
Garment Care
How should I care for pleated garments?
Most pleated garments should be hand-washed or machine-washed on gentle cycle in cold water. Hang dry is recommended. Ironing is usually not needed — the pleats are heat-set and retain their shape.
Will the pleats last through washing?
Yes. Our pleats are heat-set permanently during production. They retain their shape through proper washing and care. Specific care instructions are provided with each order.
